We have an excellent record in healing wounds, along with the doctors and wound care clinics. We have had a 98% success rate in wound healing in 2023 and will continue as we go into 2024.
Totality Home Health Care continues to develop programs that will keep individuals in their homes as functioning community participants. In addition, Totality Home Health Care is always actively involved in many initiatives to reduce hospitalizations in our clients. We have identified individuals and are actively involved in reducing the risk of re-hospitalizations due to their disease process.
Totality Home Health Care cares for the Behavioral Health and developmentally disabled population as well. Providing care as needed to ensure our client’s safety. We also can provide daily medication administration visits to ensure medication compliance.
We have staff able to speak many languages including; Spanish, Haitian Creole, Russian, French and have instituted the use of “speech to speech” translators to enable and improve communication between all staff and clients.
